FREE 1st CLASS!
This class runs in an on-going weekly series throughout the year, charged by each half term of 5 – 7 weeks. You can also try a session for free if you book a TRIAL ticket via the website and I offer a few Pay As You Go tickets per session (£14.50) if you can’t commit. If you buy as a block it work dout £13 per class.
We use the essential Pilates principles of Breathing, Control, Alignment, Centering and Flow to enable you to work your whole body. Most exercices can be modified to accommodate anyone wishing to be careful with specific movements, but generally you should be able to move freely in all directions for this session. The number of movements is up to you to decide but if you wish to challenge yourself, this class will let you.
This is a block of classes over each half term, but you can join at a later date if there is a space. (It knocks off £13 per week that you have missed).
I offer first timers a FREE trial ticket for this class which can be booked via my website and there are a few Pay As You Go tickets available for this class if you cannot commit to every week but the charge is higher per session than if you buy a block. (£14.50 per PAYG).
