A weekly gentle and deliberately-paced session to help you move more freely
If you want to takes things slowly and carefully. Using the essential Pilates principles of Breathing and Control, it helps you develop body awareness and teaches movement in a manner that recruits muscles correctly while maintaining good alignment.
A very relaxed and informal class with a maximum of 9 places. If the class is not full, you are welcome to come and try a session FREE before you book for the rest of the series. It’s assumed you can get down onto a mat (please bring one with you or ask if yo0u don’t have one), but there are chairs which can be used to help modify some exercises and positions if required.
The series lasts half a term so you book in advance via my website. If you wish to try a class for FREE you can book a free TRIAL ticket if you haven’t done any other freebies with me. I also offer a few one-off tickets to buy in case you can’t commit to a full block. These are £14 per session from Jan ’24. If you buy the block in advance it’s £13 cheaper per session.There are two Drop-In tickets per session at £14.50.
