If you have experience of Pilates and like to challenge yourself, this is a great class. It is also suitable if you have little experience of Pilates but have a strong core and do others activitis such as running. With many of the Foundation exercises we add on to enable you to work at a level that you will feel the benefit of and which ensures you make progress.

 

Not for anyone with specific back conditions or health problems that may become worse with movement in all directions.
