Pilates brings improved posture, greater strength, faster recovery from injury or surgery as well as developing more flexibility and better functional movement. Emma has 14 years experience in matwork and is opening a new Reformer Studio in Lewes this this autumn as she is a qualified Body Control reformer teacher. Matwork classes and 1:1 sessions available now. New small group Pregnancy and  Post-Natal Pilates start end October ’23 on Tuesday evenings.

Street Dance with East Sussex Dance

Weds 6.45pm – 7.45pm (12 – 15 yrs)

An inclusive, friendly youth class where we explore various Street styles, learning different dance routines to modern music. Suitable for age 12-15. Opportunities to work towards exams and shows, or just dance for fun.

Fully qualified, experienced ISTD teacher. DBS checked.

Are you captivated by Italy’s beautiful landscapes, friendly people and wealth of history and culture. Then you might like to learn to speak Italiano too!

Laura is an experienced language teacher who lived in Italy for 26 years until very recently. She is friendly, approachable and patient. Her lessons are designed to get your involved and active with interactive exercises and opportunities to practice speaking. Her teaching history includes teaching a variety of subjects in schools, and English Foreign Language to business leaders and CEOs. in Italy. She has run her own language school and has worked as a translator from English to Italian.
