Pilates for Bad Backs/ Gentle

If you are sore or very stiff in the mornings, you may need some gentle movement to help ease out your joints. This class is careful and considered but also introduces strengthen exercises that will help to rebalance your body. Every one works at their own pace. people with problems relating to discs come near the front where they are closely supervised.

This is also a good class if you are getting on in years and have other health conditions that make exercising difficult. The class is limited to 10 people only and mats and props are all provided.
