We are currently in the process of upgrading Station Street Studio with new toilets and kitchen and new triple sash window. This should be completed by October 2025. The large studio at ground floor level is available to hire by the hour (or two hours or three), or by the half day or full day. Weekends are also available including or not including Friday evenings. We do not offer hires of less than one hour so even if your activity is 45 minutes, the min. charge is for an hour.
You’re hire includes use of two large speakers with Bluetooth connections and an over-sized TV screen which can be plugged into your laptop. Please take time to set these up before your hall hire slot.
Please allow for your set-up and pack-up within your booked period which may mean that your class needs to finish earlier than 60 mins. You can book an additional 15 or 30 minutes if your activity takes time to do this.
We do allow a ten minute switch-over between sessions, but politely ask you and your classes to be prompt please when arriving and leaving the venue for the benefit of others.
Please note: No shoes in the hall for Pilates & Yoga classes.

Facilities at the studio include:
- Up to 60 white plastic chairs for seating or dining (45cm high) wipeable (use included in hire fee).
- Up to 10 x white plastic folding trestle tables – 1.83m/6ft long £2 per table per hour/ £4 per half day or evening/ £7 per day hire/ £12.50 per weekend)
- NEW white crockery and stainless steel cutlery sets for up to 60 guests plus serving dishes and utensils and table cloths etc. (fee by arrangement)
- Use of kitchen – fan oven, fridge, freezer, commercial dishwasher etc. (Bring your own incl cups £5 per hour OR use of our kitchen & crockery/cutlery £10 per hour extra).
- 4 new toilets – including new Disabled Toilet with handrails and extra wide door (from October 2025).
- Temporary storage for prams, packing or mobility aids for duration of hire (by arrangement)
- Casual staff recommendations for serving and clearing on request
