If your booking is a one-off event and has been agreed by phone or email please make a payment of 25% deposit immediately if you are over more than 4 weeks away from the date. If there is 4 weeks or less to go please pay the whole amount immediately. Bookings are only accepted once such payments have been made. Any remainder is due in full 4 weeks prior to the date.
If you wish to use a PA system please add £50 refundable deposit to your payment. If there will be music and dancing please add £100 refundable deposit to the payment.
