A yoga flow to allow your body to stretch and extend each muscle; a mindful practice that invites you to breathe deeply and move with ease giving some time for yourself. The session begins with 10 minutes breathing preparation, to help us prepare for the physical flow (which will last about 40 minutes) and we end with a short, calming, meditation inspired by Anusaranga practic. This flow is a wonderful practice for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing and sense of inner peace. Suitable for all levels.
