This regular weekly class focuses on the core principles of Pilates matwork including breath, movement, control, centering and flow. We move at a careful pace with everyone working at their comfortable rhythm. If you are looking for a Beginner level class which will equip you with skills to develop in order to strengthen up (especially your deeper ‘core’ muscles), reduce achey niggles and improve your flexibility and posture – here’s your class!
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels but especially for people of a certain age (over 45), this is a sociable and friendly group. Places are available by the term for £13 per week (or part-term if you are joining midway) or there are two Drop-In places per session (£14.50).
